Your Convenient Journey to Better Health

We understand that your time and well-being are precious. That's why we've worked tirelessly to make the entire process as simple and convenient as possible.

Here's how it works:

Online Ordering: Select and purchasing your preferred test online. You have two option to tell us if you need a phlebotomist for blood draw. (please note that our kits are not for finger prick)

Once your order is finalised, you'll promptly receive a confirmation form containing a distinctive order ID.

Kit Dispatch: As soon as we receive your order, we will dispatch a kit to the address registered in the order. This kit includes the necessary tubes, a receipt for the ordered test, and a prepaid label, enabling you to conveniently return the kit to us after the blood draw.

Phlebotomist Booking Option: To draw your blood, you have the flexibility to either arrange your own phlebotomist or let us find one for you. We have an extensive

network of phlebotomist across the country.

If you select the phlebotomist option at checkout we will contact you to arrange an appointment ( up to £50 extra charge at the time of booking).

Otherwise feel free to reach out via email if you'd like assistance in booking a phlebotomist nearer to you.

Rapid Results: Expect to receive your test results securely through email within 24 to 48 hours. This timely information is a crucial step towards being in charge of your well-being.

Your Health Journey: Armed with your results, you have various options. Share the findings with your GP for additional guidance, or reach out to us. We can connect you with a network of medical specialists who can help interpret your results and devise a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs.
